We are particularly enthusiastic about cooperation
with motivated and creative young people, whom we are ready
to offer training opportunities, both at our premises and at
the premises of our customers. The training programme “Shadow the Manager”, developed by:
- The Autocreation Association
- The Independent Students’ Association
- The Prince of Wales International Business Leaders’ Forum
is of the significant importance for us.
Due to the possibility of cooperation, the specific training
programme was developed, together with a number of relevant
criteria for the purpose of selection and evaluation. This guarantees
the optimal relations, as well as benefits for both the employers
and the trainees. www.cm.iblf.pl
